I believe they have a special driving training class for those people who buys a SMART car (!!!). We saw this during our time in Paris (where Smart cars in Paris are like bicycles in China)...

Is this legal? If were to do this here, would we get a ticket for this?

rofl. side parking is hard for beginner. so probably that's why he/she parked it that way. lol.
