boon's log 0805.07: Dopey Diaries: Month Six

Dopey's Six (months)

Time passes real fast and Dopey is already six months old. When we brought him home, the entire length of his body is less than a tile. And now he is almost 2 tiles in length (!!!). Well, though Dopey is older, but he stills like to chomp on stuffs like his toys, his bed, his towels, not forgetting our hands and fingers! We are trying to limit him (at least) to just the his toys and towel... we're trying...

Oh! And he just got rid of his puppy-teeth - one of them while attempting to tear my pair of jeans apart! Nevertheless, he is still as adorable as ever. Just that we cannot wait until he gets out of his teething months... :)

We just managed to teach him to roll. And now, after he knows that he gets his treats after rolling - whenever you eat in front of him, he goes ahead and roll without you even telling him to do so - meet Dopey, The Auto-Roll Dog! Ha! There are times when he does the Dopey Combo*.

*Dopey Combo = Left paw+Right paw+Sit+LieDown+Roll

Now, how can you resist to give him any treat at all, right? That's why my daddy-in-law spoils him with Bak Qwa (Barbequed Dried Pork), Kueh Kah Pek (Love letters biscuits), Nectarine, Mango... gosh! :) We are now trying to get him to learn how to fetch... he'll probably add that into the Dopey Combo... ha ha!
