Hold Properly!
I attended a Leadership Workshop recently and one of the topics that was discussed/shared was perception. So the facilitator who happened to be one of the managers in the department that I am working in, gave the following quote...

“When a blind man holds on to the leg of an elephant, he may think it is a tree trunk… so it depends on where the blind man is holding… that determines his perception or where/what he thinks he is holding onto.”

Profound... yet, a few of us broke up into laughter. Perhaps it's just the way he said it. We couldn't contain it. But he (the facilitator) was a-blur and did not know what happened and what was so funny. Anyway, we needed that to keep us awake for the rest of the session...
